June 30, 2009 on Winghouse Bar & Grill

My boyfriend and I went for the first time to this Winghouse to watch the fight. It was PACKED! The beer was cheap, and the nachos were piled high. I dont recommend going there on a fight night though.

This is not a kid friendly restaurant. We had reservations for a graduation dinner. When we arrived they had no booster seats, and no crayons. I wish I would have known that before I brought my daughter ,then 2 years old, there. I went back later on and tried it again, this time without my daughter. The servere was very knowledgeable, and the food was very fresh and delightful. I of course could have used a bigger portion for the price, but overall I was very pleased.

The first time I ate here it was great!! The two times after that were not so great. They did not have any of the special they were advertising, but failed to inform us unitl close to 20 minutes after we ordered. The server seemed more interested in socializing with the other servers about what they were going to do after work. A little too expensive as well.

This place is the only restaurant in that area offering seafood. I must admit that I only go for their cheesy garlic buscuits, and lobster spinach and artichoke dip. I have never had bad service or anything to complain of it this Red Lobster.

It would not be in your best interest to ever go to this Outback. I love Outback Steakhouse!! It was always my Meemaws fav place to get her martini, and filet mignone!! So, it will always hold a very special place in my heart. This one, however, left me with nothing but confusion as to how that location even stays in business. When I entered, the hostess was nowhere to be seen for 12 minutes. When she finally walked up she brought us to a table in the bar that was covered with dirty plates. She claimed that was the only table available and that someone would be by shortly to clean it. Ugh!! Our server came by, and seemed equally disgusted that we were sat at a dirty table, but did not bother to clean it. A little over five minutes later the manager came by and cleaned it. The server swung by again 10 minutes after the manager left and decided to take our drink order. Since we had sat so long we were ready to order as well. When we got our food we had no silverwear. We asked the food runner to bring us a set so we could eat and he never did, the server was nowhere to be seen. We then asked the bartender to get a manager. The mamanger came over … we explained everything that had occurred and he said , “Well, I will get someone to wash and roll you some silverwear.” Can you believe it?!!!!!! I felt as though I was in the twilight zone. Anyways, DO NOT…I repeat…DO NOT dine at this Outback.

What can I say…I am an Ale House fan. The servers are always nice no matter which one you go to, and there is such a good variety of food that is cheap, large portions, and always served hot.

When I worked at Applebees in Maitland everyone would go to Mugshots after work to unwind, play pool, and have a few drinks. I went once and only once. It wasn’t bad…typical bar scene. The server decided though that she would give herself a 20 dollar extra tip on my credit card though. The manager was quick to fix that issue. I probably won’t go again.

I have eaten here once, and that will be the last. Now, it’s not my last becuase the service was bad or anything like that. I just am not a korean food lover. I wanted to give it a shot, and all I can say is that it is nothing like chinese. My husband loved it, he is Korean, and knows alot about the food. They have these fantastic tables though that have grills so you can cook your own food if you would like.

I have tried many chinese restaurants, and this is the only place I will eat at. The owner is very friendly, and personally comes to your table to say hello whenever dining in. They have a fantastic sushi bar also with only the freshest fish. My dad LOVES sushi, and I need to bring him here. I have been ordering take out from them for almost 5 years now. They give large portions, and it’s reasonably priced, and always is HOT!!!! I get the same thing everytime, and I hope you will try some of my favs. I love the pepper steak, roll a’ rama, and hot and sour soup. The roll a’ rama has a variety of sushi rolls, and sashimi!

I know everyone that works here!! For fine dining this is the place to go! My daughter’s father was the chef here for a couple years, and I must say that he would come home every night smelling like the most fantastic italian food. Everything at Enzo’s is brought in fresh daily. The executive chef tries, picks, and approves everything himself. Only the finest ingredients are used. The owner is extrememly nice, and I personally love everyone that works there. Most have been there for over 10 years, they love what they do, they love there guests, and they are very happy in there job. As far as I know it is best to make a reservation. It is valet only, and is best to go early. You must have a drink at the bar first. The bartenders name is Richard, and he will discuss the Green Bay Packers with you all night if you want!! I enjoy taking my cocktail down to the water. They have a nice deck with tables out on the lake, very romantic!!

They recently gutted out this Dunken Donuts. Everything inside is now brand new, clean, and up to date in appearance. There are more tables too. I love there Iced vanilla late, and my daughter loves the apple fritter. The prices isn’t bad either. They are real slow every time I am there, but service is always friendly and fast.

For the special price of just around 5 bucks how can you beat an all you can eat pizza buffet? I have taken my pizza loving daughter here a few times. They always have hot pizza out, great pastas, and the desert pizza is real good too!!

My fav blizard is the extra reese’s peanut butter cups with chocolate icecream!! A must try. This Dairy Queen though does not have chocolate icecream, there is always a long wait, and when you ask for extra you don’t get extra. Going to Dairy Queen has always been a happy experience for me as soon as I walk in those doors. This is not the same experience. It may be becuase it is in the mall, or maybe that the staff is unhappy. Either way I would try a different one if I were you.

Who doesn’t love unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks for one low price? I would say I have dined at this Olive Garden more than I can count. The service is always good, and food is always good as well.

I had never eaten at Moe’s until a few weeks ago. I had heard so many raving about there burritos so I had to try it out. The food was a little bland, but the staff was very friendly and you definitely get a big build your own burrito!!

I took my daughter to Chuck E Cheese’s for a Birthday party a couple weeks ago. It was so busy!! The pizza was good, and she was excited to go through the tunnel that they have. Unlike the Chuck E Cheese in Georgia there just is not enough room. The big kids trample the little kids, and she never got a chance to play any of the games. When we left the person at the door never even checked to see if we had the same security stamp on our hands. I am super protective as most parents are, and that just made me nervous.

Every single time I have gone to this location for dinner the service has been great, the food has been great, and I have always enjoyed myself. I love there calamari which is a must try! I won a $50 gift card last week to Carrabba’s so my boyfriend and I got a nice evening out! This restaurant is very busy in the evening so I would recommend going a bit early or calling ahead to make a reservation.

This is definately original mexican food. The service was not great, and the food had no flavor. Not a place I would recommend unless simply going for margaritas.

Who doesn’t love an original chicken sandwich southern style with those delicious pickle slices, and a side of waffle fries? This particular Chick-Fil-A is quick, and convenient when shopping at the mall. A little too expensive for some fast food though.

I love this place!! The food is great, and they have a great variety. This restaurant has a great atmosphere too. Elephant Bar offers 35 menu items under $10, so it’s perfect for those on a budget…which most are.

If a very tasty pan pizza is what your in the mood for Pizza Hut is the pizza place to call. However, the Longwood location is by no means the Pizza Hut to call. I ordered a pan pizza and bread sticks for delivery. I placed my order, and the driver qouted me 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I called Pizza Hut, still no food. My daughter was starving at this point and very upset. The manager got on the phone, and said that they were unable to come to my home becuase my phone number did not match the address they had listed under my name. Let me remind you that I have ordered pizza from the same pizza hut for nearly five years with absolutely no problem. The manager continued to argue with me, and when I asked for his name he said, “I don’t have to give you my name” and then hung up on me. I was shocked!! I ended up ordering my pizza for pickup from the Pizza Hut in Altamonte Springs located across from the hospital. They were very friendly, and gave me my pizza for free!

I went to this Orlando Ale House with my sister and her fiance a couple weeks ago. The server was very friendly, and gave me a bowl of pickles!! She noticed that I am pregnant, and when I ordered I asked for an extra pickle to go with my loaded fries! Instead of 2 she gave me what seemed to be the entire jar. Pickles aside, they have a great bar area with pool tables, lots of tv’s, and also a dining area with just booths. This type of restaurant would appeal to a variety of customers. Great for entertaining the kids as well.

Hortonville is a small town, and this Dairy Queen is just the place to be. I went to school at Hortonville High School and middle school. Dairy Queen is just right across the street. On lunch breaks, after school, during football games we were always at Dairy Queen. My fav is the large blizzard with chocolate icecream and extra reeses peanut butter cups. If you think Dairy Queen is only good for there icecream you must try there mushroom swiss burger…just plain fantastic!!

The management and staff has been rude to me every time I go to this one. It seems as though they have a lot of business. I feel as though they are more concerned with drive through times, and getting the customer out. They should focus a little more on smiling, and being friendly. I have stopped going to this location and find the newly remodeled location that is just a few miles down much better to go to. Everyone there is happy and curtious. My daughter just has to have a fruit and yogurt parfait, and there new cafe latte drinks are nearly as good as Starbucks for half the price.

I love Chili’s just for the free chips and salsa that is offered to all guests that sit in the bar area. I like to make my own concoction which includes mixing the salsa, pico, and jalapenos together!! Anytime I am in the mood for chips and salsa this is where I go. They also offer two for the price of one drinks all day every day.

Best Bar-B-Que in town! The price is great, and you get a lot for your money. I love the sliced pork and brisket. This is the type of place you go to just for the food.

This is the only restaurant in central Florida with caribbean inspired cuisine. I do not recommend this location to anyone unles going just to enjoy there patio section which has an open burning pit, live music, and great cocktails. The few times I went just for dinner was not the experience I was looking for. My salad had a bug in it on one visit, and I got the wrong food on the next visit. I would like to emphasize though that the patio servers and bartenders have always been attentive, and great.
